About the Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Chef to join our team at Brewmance in Crows Nest. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to collaborate with our Team and help drive the success of our renowned restaurant.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation.Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Mentoring and developing the kitchen team.
Contributing to menu planning and innovation.
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
Schedule staff and assist in human resource processes as needed, including induction for new staff for the kitchen team & training, etc.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-quality restaurant or hospitality setting.Excellent culinary skills with strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a kitchen team.
Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a dedication to quality.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene.
