Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to client login details for their accounts.
- Deal with troubleshooting of customers logins/password resets/multi-factor authentication to access organisations applications
- Contribute to the development of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Handle client complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, transfer to relevant teams
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a contact centre environment supporting Clients or Customers
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
