Our client is one of the leading suppliers in certain commercial equipment. Sitting on over 40 years of success, they are continuing to see an increase in demand and grow, and so are looking for some customer service experts to support the smooth running of their services.

About the Role

Working in the Technical Services Team you will engage directly with B2B customers, providing assistance for their service and maintenance needs in an efficient and courteous manner. Working within a team of 10, you will have ownership of the Western Australia client portfolio alongside 1 Service Delivery Coordinator.

This role is working Monday
  • Friday, 10am
  • 6pm (once daylight savings starts = 11am
  • 7pm), 100% onsite for 3-6 months and then 3 days in the office and 2 from home per week.

Duties

Working as a 'Service Delivery Operator', some of your duties will include:

  • Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Work closely with the wider team to schedule service calls for the Service Delivery Coordinators and Technicians
  • Liaise with Service Technicians to ensure they have the relevant information to efficiently complete jobs
  • Capture all service call information in the company system - Salesforce
  • Provide updates to customers on the status of the job and services

Skills & Experience

To be a successful candidate you must have:

  • Previous experience working in high volume customer service (phones and/or email)
  • - essential
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM - essential
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Previous experience working in a similar organisation (commercial equipment, manufacturing, operations) - desirable
