Now, we’re on the lookout for a passionate hospitality professional to join our dynamic team.

• Managing a smooth floor flow during the night club operating hours and the private function services
• Overseeing the operations of the club, including maintenance of the cleanliness of the venue and the bar and floor equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to all laws, regulations, licence requirements including alcohol service regulations and health and safety protocols.
• Responsible for training, scheduling, and managing bar manager and bar and bottle attendant staff.
• Responsible for handling customer enquiries and organising the night club attractions and entertainment events and specificities of private function services.
• Promoting high patterns of customer service across all staff and resolving complaints.

1. Diploma of Hospitality Management required.
2. At least 1 year of work experience as a Manager in a Hospitality Setting.
3. Additional hospitality experience desired (bar and floor).
4. Strong background in customer service, staff supervision, and event coordination. Good communication, conflict resolution, work under pressure and excellent teamwork.

Annual salary: $73,150.00 + superannuation (38 hours of work per week)
