About the Role

The Payroll Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end payroll for the organization, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the finance, HR, and compliance teams to ensure successful payroll management, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian workplace and tax legislation.

  • Oversee payroll reporting, PAYG, payroll tax, and year-end reconciliations.
  • Implement and maintain streamlined payroll systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure a seamless link between payroll and accounting functions.
