We're looking for an Account Executive to contribute to our clients' success. The Account Executive works collaboratively across the agency to ensure our clients receive excellent customer service and the best solutions for their business.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive is vital to our cross-functional team. Acting as a conduit between all elements of the business, your responsibilities will include:

Client Communication
  • Be the point of contact for your assigned clients.
  • Promptly address client communications and provide updates on actions.
  • Maintain strong communication with client stakeholders at all levels.
Organisation & Planning
  • Manage campaign timelines and deadlines with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure media and creative proposals align with client briefs and are sent for approval.
  • Oversee client contract setup, documentation, and coordination of client meetings.
  • Continuously improve agency processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Review upcoming projects and available resources to plan effectively.

Client Services and Account Management:

  • Organise and conducting meetings such as,
  • Work-in-progress (WIP) meetings
  • Campaign reporting and performance meetings
  • Internal Meetings
  • Digital briefing
  • Media briefing
  • Creative sessions
  • Client presentations
  • Ensure comprehensive notes are taken and follow-up actions are communicated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on diverse projects and clients, coordinating resources to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.

Budgets, reporting and administration:

  • Assist the management of client and TMP budgeting expectations and tracking.
  • Monitor production budgets and expenses to ensure that projects are completed within budget in collaboration with the creative and content team.
  • Coordinate Media Buying Authority (MBA)s, agreements in DocuSign and client details in HubSpot.
  • Update WIP documents, internal reporting, and finance tracking.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing media owner and client relationships alongside the team.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts in collaboration with the wider Account Management team.

Continued Learning and Development:

  • Attend talks, courses, and meetings to enhance industry knowledge and personal growth.
  • Participate in industry events, sharing insights with the wider team.
Requirements
  • You have some experience and an understanding of agency processes and practices.
  • You’re proactive with servicing clients and developing a strong understanding of their needs.
  • You're able to respond to queries efficiently.
  • You're eager to learn more about advertising and media industry practices.
  • You're organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You can manage diverse and conflicting priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • You’re a team player with a can-do attitude who’s happy to lend a helping hand.

We are open to considering candidates at a more junior level for this role. Our key priorities are finding someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is proactive, and brings enthusiasm to learning and growing within the team.
