Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Pastry Chefs/Cooks.
The Job Role
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation of the recipe and doughProduction of baked goods
Maintain the quality of the baked goods
Manage stock level
Creation of new products
Monitoring and upholding orderly and hygienic work practices to ensure a premium food product
Compliance and understanding of food safety policy and procedures (HACCP)
Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years of experienceAll relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
Well-developed communication and team skills
Attention to detail with a focus on consistency
Salary
The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $80,000 plus Superannuation commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
