We're looking for a dynamic Senior IT Manager to lead and elevate our global IT operations. In this role, you'll drive seamless tech experiences by managing high-performing support and system administration teams, streamlining processes, and leading automation efforts.You'll be the go-to expert for solving complex challenges and will work cross-functionally with Security, Infrastructure, R&D, and Procurement to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready IT services. Key Responsibilities
🛠️ IT Operations Management- Lead and manage global IT support operations across all regions, including Australia, Asia (e.g., China, Malaysia), Mauritius, and future EMEA/NA offices.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues, incidents, and requests.
- Establish and enforce consistent IT operational standards, SOPs, and workflows across all offices.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical technical issues.
- Directly manage IT technicians in Oceania (Sydney) and Mauritius.
- Oversee the APAC IT Manager (based in Shenzhen), who manages regional technicians in Asia.
- Manage the System Administration Team as a separate function with global scope.
- Foster a high-performing, service-oriented team culture through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the global System Administration team responsible for SaaS provisioning, device management, user onboarding/offboarding, and MDM (Intune) support.
- Work closely with System Admins to drive automation initiatives and internal tool integration.
- Collaborate with the IT Security Team to enforce endpoint controls and implement security tools.
- Support the Cloud Infrastructure Team on local infrastructure or access control needs.
- Coordinate with the R&D Team to request internal IT tools and provide requirements.
- Partner with Procurement for hardware/software purchasing and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Drive IT operations automation (e.g., user provisioning, remote software deployment).
- Support expansion into new regions with appropriate IT setup and oversight.
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- 6+ years of experience in IT operations or support management, with 2+ years in a global/regional leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery, endpoint management, SaaS provisioning, and MDM platforms (e.g., Intune).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management preferred).
- Proven leadership in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
➕ Desirable:
- Experience in high-growth, multi-entity or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, Cloudflare Zero Trust, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Mandarin proficiency (useful but not required for APAC collaboration).
