Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Coordinate schedules and organize meetings for staff, ensuring effective use of time.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and assist with inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all documents are easily accessible.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
