Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level assistance to the Managing and Senior Directors, including managing emails, schedules, and correspondence.
- Organise meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and manage action items.
- Handle travel arrangements and plan team events or client functions.
- Act as the coordination hub to ensure smooth business operations.
Business Administration & Operations:
- Oversee office operations, manage documents, and ensure compliance with client agreements.
- Create presentations and manage IT systems with external support.
- Continuously improve office processes and coordinate with suppliers for quality service.
- Arrange team and client gifts for special occasions.
HR & Finance Support:
- On board new team members, manage leave requests, and assist with recruitment.
- Support HR tasks, including performance reviews and staff training.
- Process expenses.
- Handle confidential information while ensuring policy compliance.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Team Assistant seeking career growth. While professional services experience is essential, a background in agency, communications, public relations, or healthcare is a highly desirable.
You should be comfortable working in a small, close-knit team and have experience supporting senior executives.

- Tech-savviness: Skilled in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
