We are now looking for a Sales Representative (Industrial Products), this is a highly customer-focused and technical sales position. To apply you need a Masters and at least 3 years’ experience in Industrial Products Sales. We are offering $73150

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Identify and target new industrial clients and sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and on-site visits.
  1. Product Knowledge and Demonstration
  • Develop in-depth understanding of industrial products.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  1. Quoting and Negotiating
  • Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals within pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Track orders from quote to delivery.
  1. Customer Support
  • Address post-sale inquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with technical or engineering teams for complex support issues.
  • Handle complaints and warranty issues if needed.
  1. Sales Strategy and Reporting
  • Work with management to set sales targets and strategies.
  • Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
