About Our Client

Our client is a small, family owned business who pride themselves on delivering high quality projects for clients in both the private and public sector. Their primary focus is delivering multi-residential projects up to 8 storeys, but they also deliver commercial build projects.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing sub-contractors on site - especially structural trades
Liaising with the Site Manager to ensure quality standards are met
Ensuring safety requirements are met at all times

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

Previous experience delivering multi-level residential or commercial projects up to 5+ storeys
Trade background
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Decent level of computer literacy
