Structures Foreman
Experienced Structures Foreman required for large Gold Coast Builder/Developer Your new company This Builder / Developer has a large presence on the Gold Coast and with an increasing portfolio of land and projects, their ever growing work load requires a skilled Structures Foreman on their latest project. Your new role Working with the support of a first-class Senior Site Manager, this role will see you take the lead in the delivery of the structure. You will:
Oversee management of trades and subcontractors on siteCoordinate site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
Implement OH&S policies with the assistance of an on-site HSE Advisor
Ensure adherence to all plans and specifications, liaise with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with the program and manage your own short-term programming.
What you'll need to succeed You will preferably have experience working in large mid or upper tier construction teams with strong exposure to structures. You will:
Possess the knowledge and motivation to drive the program and positive outcomes on site as well as communicate and build strong working relationships with trades and subbiesBe able to show a stable career history and strong working references with companies or projects of a similar size or value in excess of $50 Million
A track record of success at meeting deadlines and driving a team to successful project completion
Prior Jumpform experience
