Experienced Finishes Foreman role with leading Gold Coast Builder/Developer Your new company I am currently working with one of the most prominent Builder/Developers on the Gold Coast, as we search for the right Finishes Foreman to assist with one of their biggest projects to date.
Effectively reporting to the Site Manager
Strong interpersonal skills
Carpentry background (preferred)

As the Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the upmost quality of all finishing aspects of the build. This involves, but is not limited to:
Organising, managing, and coordinating trades on-siteEffectively reporting to the Site Manager
Using your Carpentry skills to ensure internal finishes are carried out efficiently and effectively
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience as a finishing foreman on commercial projects over $10 million. You will have:
Demonstrated experience working with very high-end finishesStrong interpersonal skills
Carpentry background (preferred)
Experience in delivering projects on the Gold Coast (preferred)
