Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform product testing, quality checks, and diagnostic support on the assembly line.
- Maintain an efficient pace to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to identify and report any defects or imperfections in finished products.
- Diagnose defective products, ensuring they meet quality standards through repair / testing.
- Continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and reduce product failures.
- Handle small components with precision using hand tools.
- Adapt to overtime work as needed to meet production demands and project deadlines.
- Fulfil additional duties as assigned to support production operations effectively.
- Maintain clean and safe production area

- $30.13 /p.h casual rate
- Monday to Friday
- 7am - 7pm availability
- Overtime available

Do you have:
- Experience in the computer or consumer electronics manufacturing industry (strongly favoured)
- Studied (or) worked in the I.T field, Software, Hardware (or) similar electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform meticulous visual inspections.
- Manual dexterity and precision for handling small components during assembly processes.
- Basic electronics troubleshooting knowledge, particularly with smartphone devices, is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established guidelines and SOPs.
- Positive, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required to support production schedules and project needs.
- Available to work anywhere between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday
- Able and willing to travel to Macquarie Park using public transport (No parking onsite)
- Excellent hand/eye coordination to screw/unscrew tiny screws repetitively
- Excellent communication skills; read and write
- Willing to work in a highly repetitive factory setting
- Willing to undergo a Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol, Police Check and Medical assessment
- Happy with the hourly rate of $30.13 /p.h casual
