• Responsible for Project Initiation and follow Software Development Lifecycle. Strong proficiency of Telecom Application OSS/BSS and Testing
• Tehnical management of various Teams both in Onshore and Offshore and providing solutions

• OSS/BSS Components , SQL, CRM applications like Jarvis , Singleview , Siebel , Middleware systems (MULE , SDP) , Enterrpsie Portal , Network (4G/5G flows) , Billing Systems , Mediation & Network component , Entitlement Server , API , SIGOS, Perfecto , ICT
• Automation framework (JUnit, TestNG , Java, Selenium)

Detailed Job description : -

1. Follow and execute the software development lifecycle and focus on the development of permanent solution to the issues.
2. Interact with clients , seek advice , consult and assess the need of the system program and comply with industry standars to present suggestions on continuous improvement of the software applications. Create and execute test cases to make software defect free.
3. Work closely with Program Managers , Development teams , Test teams , Business Analyst’s to test , diagone and identify the problems or errors that may occur in the applications programming language.
4. Gather Business requirements, objectives from clients and translate it into technical applications, solutions and participate in code review.
5. Develop and maintain documentation related to software processes and systems , including requirements and design documentation in confluence. Train team members Technically.
6. Update technical knowledge by attending training, reading manual, external courses.
7. Automation of manual tasks by collaborating with the team of software developers. Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

1. To utilize maximum of the knowledge gained so far and yield out best results.
2. To be in co-ordination with the team provided irrespective of the size/area located.
3. Planning, Co-ordinating and control of various development and testing activities.
4. Manage the project initiation and follow software development lifecycle.
5. To be pro-active and carry out meetings with the client/business in an energetic and confident way.
6. To carry out the different phases involved in testing like planning, execution, daily execution status and final testing summary until the final deployment is carried out in production.
7. Technical management of various teams both in onshore and offshore.
8. To always adhere to the timelines and perform testing accordingly.
9. Definition and monitoring the quality goals.
10. Obtain customer acceptance on the deliverables.

1. Have a good experience of different applications used for testing within the account along with the Rating and Billing.
2. Have a good experience in Telecom Billing , Telecom Assurance.
3. Successful record in System Test, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, UAT and PIT in Telecom domains.
4. Have a relatively good knowledge on CRM and other legacy applications used for testing.
5. Very good experience in managing onshore and offshore teams and guide them Technically.
6. Good rapport with Customers and understanding their requirements clearly and transforming into defect free deliverable.
7. Experienced in below Tools/Application:

• Telecom Billing, Rating
• JUnit, TestNG , Java, Selenium
