Human Resources (HR) Manager

As HR Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee performance management, including quarterly reviews, to foster a high-performing team.
• Support leadership in setting and achieving company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
• Drive company culture, leading the culture committee and organising key events.
• Oversee office operations and assist with travel management.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment that supports employee growth and satisfaction.

• Proven HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or financial services environment.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
