The Opportunity

CSL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Specialist (Remuneration and Reporting) to join our high performing askHR team. The askHR team provide support and advice to CSL employees across the Asia Pacific region. Based at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in the Melbourne CBD and reporting to the Associate Director, HR Operations APAC, this role is important to ensuring the accurate administration of all local and global compensation processes in Workday, providing Tier 2 support to the Compensation Centre of Excellence (COE), and the preparation of complex HR reports.

You will have strong HR operational experience, excellent organisational skills, and a good understanding of HR processes, especially in remuneration administration and HR reporting.

The Role
  • Oversee compensation changes in Workday, including salary increases, short-term incentive payments, superannuation changes, salary increments, and support for performance review processes.
  • Conduct daily HR transactions in Workday, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with policies. Collaborate with HR colleagues and COEs on complex tasks, including EIB preparation.
  • Manage compensation data integrity and audit processes to ensure accuracy and control.
  • Provide guidance and support to Tier 1 HR Advisors, helping them answer employee and manager queries about compensation processes.
  • Lead or participate in preparing local and global HR reports, audits, and other HR -related documentation.
  • Oversee the creation, monitoring, and resolution of support tickets in the case management tool (Service Now).
Your skills and experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years' plus experience in HR or HR Shared Services operations, preferably with a focus on remuneration processes and HR reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume HR enquiries, including handling complex queries and escalations.
  • Demonstrated experience using Workday.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with case management tools, such as Service Now is a plus.
