We are now looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Technician to join our team at our Rouse Hill, NSW location.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a Hardware Technician with experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices and electronics. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing component-level repairs, and ensuring optimal device functionality.

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Identify and troubleshoot hardware faults in smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices.
• Repair and replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other essential hardware components.
• Perform micro-soldering and intricate repairs for electronic components and circuit boards.
• Assist with minor software troubleshooting, firmware updates, and factory resets when required.
• Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality before delivery to customers.
• Maintain an organized workstation, manage tools, and track spare parts.
• Clearly communicate repair options and technical solutions to customers, ensuring excellent service.
• Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols while handling electronic components and tools.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Hardware Technician or in a related electronics repair role.
• Strong understanding of mobile device hardware, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in screen replacements, battery changes, and board-level repairs.
• Experience with iOS and Android devices, along with basic software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with repair tools, microscopes, and precision instruments.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
