Executive Assistant to CEO | Property Investment

Our client is a renowned property investment firm looking for an experienced, agile and proactive Executive Assistant to support CEO and the wider team.

You will be looking after ever-changing diary and email management, preparing communication on behalf of the CEO and the Execs, liaise with clients and investors and get involved into projects and events planning. It is a diverse and multi-faceted role, where you will be able to build strong relations with the Exec team and develop intricate knowledge of the industry.

Please note this role is 5 days in office.

What will you do?

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the leadership team.
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel coordination
  • Coordination of external and internal meetings
  • Preparing agendas, minutes and documents
  • Processing expense claims on behalf of the leadership team
  • Organising offsites, corporate dinners, events and functions - working in tandem with Office Manager
  • Maintaining a budget and track expenses for events; promote events where required
  • Continuous process improvement - creating efficient processes, procedures, templates, reports and tools to effectively support the leadership team

What will you bring?

You are an experienced EA and have ideally supported at C-Suite level before. Experience in investment/financial services is ideal although not necessary.
  • At least 5+ years as an EA
  • A proactive and agile approach
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional presence.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations as required.
