Principal Treasury Analyst

Your new opportunity As a Principal Treasury Analyst in the Legislation, Governance and Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Government's banking arrangements and related contract management. You will provide invaluable advice to departments and agencies regarding banking product requirements and the application of wholeof- government banking policy, supporting transition arrangements to new contracts across Government.

This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to national banking policy issues.

In this role, you will: - Collaborate with banking suppliers and agencies to monitor and improve contract performance.- Conduct formal contract reviews and risk management for large, complex contracts.- Develop and apply a thorough understanding of Government's banking and financial policies.- Contribute to the team's vision and direction, supporting robust contract management processes.- Produce data analysis and reporting for performance management, compliance oversight and validation of contractual financial incentives.

What experience you will bring: - Commercial, legal or contract management experience, ideally with high-value strategic supply contracts.- Change management experience.- Ability to provide advice on the application of Government legislative and policy frameworks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed, effective and timely decisions.- Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
