Overview:

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions, part of Mastercard Data and Services, is the largest loyalty enterprise in the world assisting our clients with designing and implementing world leading loyalty programs and platforms. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can play both a sales and sales administrative role.

Role:
Learn the ropes by starting to manage and help sell our simpler cardholder benefits (e.g. airport lounge, data roaming, concierge, digital health) and insurance products to financial institutions across Asia Pacific whilst also being responsible for aggregating and managing the team's monthly sales reporting.
You will work in a small team collaborating with internal account managers and loyalty product teams as well as directly with the client to close deals. You will also work to report the progress of the teams overall AP sales efforts in meeting short- and long-term targets using tools such as salesforce.

This role will progress to selling our more complex loyalty solutions such as rewards and offers and involves working with banks and merchants across Asia Pacific including Australia/NZ, SEA, Greater China, Japan and India.

All about You

You will ideally have a background in sales, sales administration, new business development or/and loyalty or insurance. You will have good attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Prior contract and negotiation experience highly valued as well as the confidence to build your sales skills to the next level.
