Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-sell food and liquor products to existing clients, including chefs, restaurant managers, and club managers.
  • Expand the product offerings at venues by introducing food to liquor accounts or vice versa.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Analyse data in Excel to identify and target potential new clients.
  • Drive sales to a range of venues, including pubs, restaurants, hotels, and clubs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role:

  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell food or liquor products effectively to existing clients, including chefs, restaurant managers, and club managers, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Development Acumen: Experience in growing business within the hospitality sector, with a demonstrated ability to expand product offerings and build new client relationships.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analysing data in Excel to identify and target potential new clients, and to strategies market opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the food and liquor industry, with experience working with venues such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, and clubs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to present and introduce products clearly and persuasively, and to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and Results-Driven: A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive sales results.
