We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and usage for our digital payment products that make shopping on Amazon more affordable. This role will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) for new payment methods that enable affordable purchases, create engaging customer communications, and lead performance marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and external partner teams to deliver measurable results.

Key job responsibilities
  • Work on creating compelling customer value proposition and messaging frameworks for target segments
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, acquisition and engagement
  • Build and implement data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing customer segments and behavior patterns
  • Guide creative development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect the value proposition and resonate with customers
  • Build relationships with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with external partner marketing teams for combined approach leveraging own and partner channels to acquire and enagage customers
  • Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and customer experience
  • Optimize customer messaging frameworks and tactical campaigns to improve adoption of payment methods

A day in the life

Your day might start with reviewing performance metrics from recent marketing campaigns, followed by collaborating with business and partner teams to identify ways to engage different customer segments. You could spend time crafting effective campaign approaches, meeting with cross functional teams to enhance customer communications, or working with external partner teams to launch new promotional strategies.

You'll regularly interact with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product features and benefits.

About the team

We are a diverse group of marketing professionals dedicated to making digital payments accessible and engaging for Amazon shoppers across APAC and MENA. Our team nurtures relationships with customers and partners while supporting the introduction of innovative payment solutions.
We value collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to enhancing the payment experience for customers.- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience in driving adoption of digital payment methods, e-commerce transactions or other financial products.- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
