The Opportunity

This role will support the Communications team by enhancing content, quality and driving engagement across all channels. You’ll develop a consistent brand voice, crafting compelling copy that resonates with the audience and is optimised for each channel.

You will create student-facing communications ensuring content is relevant, personalised, and aligned with business goals.

You will also develop writing guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency in future communications, contributing to the overall communication strategy. This is an opportunity to shape content that truly resonates with our audience.

You will also, track and report on campaign performance, focusing on key KPIs and A/B testing to optimise content.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading experience, combined with expert language skills.
  • Demonstrated experience within a marketing and/or communications function, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • Proven record of delivering end-to-end customer communications.
  • Experience developing customer communication strategies, understanding customer impacts/opportunities, and creating channel plans.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or with a similar platform.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML coding, UX and email design.
