Job Description- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements
- Develop functional specifications for system integration
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement changes
- Provide support in project management activities
- Conduct user training and create user manuals
- Monitor system performance post-implementation
- Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (3-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of business process and system integration
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
- The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in project management and user training
- Day Rate of $650 + superannuation for 6 months with potential extension
- 3 - 4 days a week in the office
- On site parking and close public transport
