The Company
This firm has established themselves as a key player within the investment advisory and consulting space, with extensive networks across both listed and private clients globally. With a proven track record extending over multiple decades, the organisation continues to grow and are looking for driven M&A or Corporate Finance candidates to join their team.
The Role
The Investment Analyst will be closely working with experienced directors and senior staff, to support the continuation of existing ventures, develop new business and provide advisory services to the existing portfolio. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Play a crucial role in all stages of transaction executions, from initial pitch to closure.
- Strategize and execute M&A transactions.
- Conduct meticulous financial modelling and valuations for a diverse range of private and public entities.
- Construct and fine-tune financial models to estimate returns and gauge impacts of various capital structure scenarios.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence, creating detailed reports for senior team members, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver client presentations, facilitating interactions with senior bankers, clients, legal representatives, and accountants.
- Carry out comprehensive company and industry research.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will show:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA and/or CFA would be beneficial.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the investment banking, M&A/ transaction services consulting or funding
- Proven proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and structured finance.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
