Service Manager EL

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure assigned service center(s) operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures, targets, and guidelines. Each day, you will coordinate and oversee team development and continual improvement of service centers processes and procedures.

You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to the implementation of the business strategy and business model relevant to the scope of assigned service center.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LIHybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division at Moorebank, NSW.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Developing business plans for production optimization to deliver service projects within the required schedules and cost plans.
  • Participating in sales and operations planning and taking actions to close the gaps related to project execution capacity.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, consulting on revenues planning, resource planning, and other project execution issues.
  • Ensures profitable business growth and performance to deliver on customer experience.
Qualifications for the role
  • Proven experience in electrical product and installation services.
  • Strong understanding of product care, modernization, and advisory services.
  • Ability to enhance performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent customer collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to innovate and implement solutions for resource recovery and regeneration.
