The Role
We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented and results-driven Retail Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Reporting to the Head of Retail (Salomon / Wilson), you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the success and growth of our stores across Australia.Your mission: ensuring all retail locations have the repairs, supplies, and services they need to operate efficiently, while assisting with the seamless opening of new stores in Victoria and inter-state.
In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your expertise in retail operations, analytics, and stakeholder management to the table. With a wide range of responsibilities, no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities
You’ll have a variety of exciting responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Ensure the consistent supply of non-commercial items to stores
- Set up and manage store services, ensuring smooth operations
- Oversee the handover process for new store openings, resolving any construction defects
- Assist store leadership with minor improvements and ad-hoc repairs
- Ensure stores have all necessary aftersales materials
- Support training of aftersales leaders in-store
- Track expenses and suggest cost-saving measures where possible
- Analyze data and generate reports to improve store operations
- Provide on-the-ground support to Store Managers and Assistant Managers in daily operations
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of retail leadership experience and a solid understanding of retail operations. As we expand across Australia in 2025, this role will be key to our growth, so we need someone who is passionate about outdoor sports, has strong analytical skills, and pays close attention to detail.Your drive for excellence and commitment to making a difference will be a huge asset to our team!
