Salary: $72,000 - $74,000 per annum (plus 11.5% superannuation)

• Preparation and cooking of high-quality Italian cuisine, including Roman-style pizzas, pasta dishes, and traditional Italian specialties.
• Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and adherence to authentic recipes.
• Collaborating with the culinary team on menu planning, development, and implementation.
• Managing food storage, preparation, and inventory control.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, food safety standards, and compliance with health regulations.

• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Passion for traditional Italian cuisine and a dedication to culinary excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
