Hotel Service Manager - Hotel Office Manager - Perth
We are looking for a HOTEL OFFICE MANAGER to join our wonderful team!
A modern, luxurious, family-friendly accommodation in Exmouth, Western Australia. Situated in Exmouth town, the town beach, restaurants, pubs, the Ningaloo Centre, the Exmouth Visitor Centre, and shops are only a short walk away from the Resort.
The main duties for this Hotel Office Manager role look like this:
Coordinating with department managers: Working with managers from different hotel departments to streamline activities and enhance overall performance.
Enforcing safety protocols: Implementing and explaining safety regulations to staff and ensuring compliance to maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees.
Assessing staffing needs and delegating tasks: Evaluating staffing requirements and assigning responsibilities to various hotel departments to ensure efficient operations.
Overseeing attendance and scheduling: Maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and creating schedules to ensure proper coverage across all hotel departments.
Evaluating department performance and suggesting improvements: Monitoring the performance of hotel departments, providing feedback, and recommending changes to improve operational efficiency.
Addressing staff concerns and resolving issues: Engaging with employees to resolve grievances and address any workplace issues that arise.
You will be reporting directly to the Resort Manager and CEO.
The successful candidate must have an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or at least three years of relevant experience.
This is a fulltime (38 hours/week) position and includes some weekend work.
