We have an exciting opportunity for an Payroll Administrator

This is a standalone position

The role
  • Manage the payroll function for about 100 people staff
  • Handle payroll data and ensure company policy compliance.
  • Calculate various payroll obligations.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Manage attendance records and timesheets.
  • Support HR activities like hiring and record management.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

▪ A minimum of two years' experience using any major payroll system (essential)

▪ Experience with Kronos is advantageous

▪ Strong time management skills as you will be working within deadlines

▪ A high attention to detail with good organizational

▪ Effective communication and relationship-building skills
