Payroll Administrator - West Sydney
We have an exciting opportunity for an Payroll Administrator
This is a standalone position
The role- Manage the payroll function for about 100 people staff
- Handle payroll data and ensure company policy compliance.
- Calculate various payroll obligations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of employees.
- Manage attendance records and timesheets.
- Support HR activities like hiring and record management.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
▪ A minimum of two years' experience using any major payroll system (essential)
▪ Experience with Kronos is advantageous
▪ Strong time management skills as you will be working within deadlines
▪ A high attention to detail with good organizational
▪ Effective communication and relationship-building skills
