About Our Client

Our client is a leading player in the industry with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand.

• Ensure daily cases are checked, investigated and maintain relevant documentation in system for audit record.
• Identify payments made in error, investigate root cause, liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Adjust and correct Over/Under payment in alignment with defined process and delegated authority
• Manage query and dispute in a timely and accurate manner
• Support the needs and requirements for reporting and liaise with relevant business leads to produce timely and accurate reporting.
• Audit and identify areas within the Payment system/s or databases to provide insights to the Business and support an increase to productivity whilst reducing unnecessary costs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential
• Preferred experience in Finance, Payroll, Administration, or Dispute resolution
• Experience in analysing, auditing & reporting on payment data
• Experience identifying and driving process improvement initiatives
• Strong attention to detail with effective problem solving skills
• Able to improvise, adapt and overcome objections, resistance to achieve goals
