About Our Client

My client is a leading transport and distribution organisation and is going through an exciting period of transformation. Work closely with C-suite across IT & business teams to develop and implement the strategy for the program team.

• Lead and manage programs, overseeing multiple projects and work streams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, & timeline, as well as benefit realisation.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Must have prior experience in People/HR roles coupled with Program management and director experience.
• Previous experience delivering programs from $10M to $100M spanning multiple years.
• Successful track record managing programs with multiple streams (could be 10+ streams).
• Experience working with executive level.
