Job Title: ICT Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Development Manager to join our team. ICT Business Development Managers are responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence in the ICT sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the ICT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Minimum two years of experience in business development or sales within the ICT sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Australian Residency, valid Driver’s License, and fluency in English.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Existing network of contacts within the ICT industry.
