Business Development Manager

ONE REC Global are working exclusively with a Software Engineering company who are leading the way in delivering outstanding solutions to their customers.

Due to continued growth they are looking to add a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive to the team. Ideally we would be looking for someone in Sydney but also open to people in Melbourne and Brisbane.

This role will be primarily work from home but may require travel interstate and international from time to time.

• 7+ years’ experience in B2B sales of business solutions, software, or services with understanding of complex sales cycles and solutions selling
• Proven track record in developing net new business.

• Consulting experience ideal

• Driven attitude that thrives on working as an integral part of team that strives for success
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• A quick learner who seeks to continually improve their capacity to take on increased responsibilities
• Excellent communicator
