We are seeking to appoint a highly capable and experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our business. This critical role will ensure the effective delivery of office services, compliance with legal and organizational standards, and the provision of strategic and operational leadership to the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement office service strategies, define operational priorities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards and regulatory requirements. Update and maintain internal policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor administrative staff, provide regular feedback, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Act as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and support strategic initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations processes.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Education: Must have HSc completed and tertiary qualifications desired.
- Experience: 1 year of work experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software, excellent communication, and basic financial management skills.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, excellent time management, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Annual Salary: AUD - $79,000 - $85,000 plus super
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
