The Role

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for delivering financial insight and decision support across the supply chain function. You will work closely with stakeholders in procurement, logistics, production, and inventory management to drive cost efficiencies and enhance operational visibility.

This is a high-impact, business-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and using data to influence performance.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with supply chain teams to provide financial analysis and performance reporting.
  • Monitor and analyse supply chain costs, including COGS, logistics, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate cost-saving initiatives, CAPEX projects, and operational improvements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key KPIs to monitor operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and insight.
  • Ensure financial controls and compliance across supply chain processes.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or CA qualification required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with direct supply chain experience.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
