Located in our Sydney office and reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Lead, You’ll play a vital role in ensuring CRC Industries is able to source and supply our well-known brands to the APAC market.
About the Role
As our Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing the procuring finished goods, raw materials and packaging material needed to keep our APAC operations running smoothly- all while ensuring our operations remain ISO Audit compliant.On any given day, you can expect your time to be focused on; • sourcing, securing and identifying opportunities to reduce costs on the finished goods, raw materials and packaged materials we need to deliver CRC products into market segments in a cost effective and timely manner
- monitoring purchase orders and their progress and implementing risk management strategies when supply is disrupted to manage business continuity
- building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
- Develop and manage procurement processes and strategies to optimise inventory monitoring in line with working capital requirements
- preparing finished good forecasts to prepare production schedules.
- Prior demonstrated knowledge and minimum of two years’ experience in chemical and aerosol manufacturing
- Experience with QMS software and ISO compliance
- Strong negotiation skills and advanced Microsoft Office abilities
- Previous experience using an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Formal higher education, preferably Bachelor of Engineering or similar.
- Attractive base salary between $80,000-$90,000
- Eligibility to participate in company bonus scheme
