Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Experience for our Australian market. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, cost reduction, and seller satisfaction within our FBA network.

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses (our Selling Partners) to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon, utilising the capabilities that Amazon has built over the last 25 years.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end FBA pre-inbound process for the Australian market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Utilise metrics, meetings, and processes to hold internal teams accountable and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Analyse datasets to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop and monitor key metrics for appointment booking and inbound receiving efficiency.

In this role, you will focus on managing the end-to-end FBA pre-inbound process, collaborating with diverse teams to drive continuous improvements. Your day will involve analysing data, developing metrics, and communicating insights to stakeholders, all while working towards clear project goals.

About the team

As a Program Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our operations, directly influencing the success of our initiatives.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics
  • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements through data-driven decision making
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with process design and analysis.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders using data and facts.
  • Proven capability to manage varied stakeholders and build trust.
  • Mature professional able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a focus on data-oriented and concise writing.
