Business Development Manager - Campbellfield

About Our Client

Our partner is a small dynamic company of 4, that has been steadily growing over the last years. With a new location in Campbellfield, they are looking to grow there company by hiring a Business Development Manager. The role involves collaborating with the Director of the company, internally with the Customer Service and operations team, but mostly will be on road meeting/visiting customers and securing new business.

• Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
• Provide insights to management on market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Support marketing initiatives
• Comply with all company policies and industry regulations

• A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the Transport & Logistics industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Drive and enthusiasm for hunting new business
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A competitive base salary ranging from AUD 100,000 to AUD 120,000 yearly
