The Company
Our client is ever growing and they need your expertise in Recruitment to work with their blue collar Recruitment team. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will add value through providing a thoughtful and quality service to candidates, implement effective processes and be a pivotal player in improving recruitment and consulting strategies.
The Role
Your primary responsibility is consultant with candidates to understand their skills and flexibilities to ensure a transparent recruitment process. You will work alongside the Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs of the business and actions an effect plan to attracted high-caliber candidates.
Your Skills & Experience- Team player who is invested in the upkeep of company brand and commitment to excellence.
- Experience in a similar recruitment field would be greatly beneficial.
- Processes driven and proven ability to adapt to market trends.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
