Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Adviser to join our Perth office to support our team.

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to align with company goals.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases in an accurate and confidential manner.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and mediation when necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics for the management team.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role (2-5 years preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
