Your New Role
Under general supervision of the General Manager Sales the successful candidate shall be responsible for sales and effective management of hospital and private accounts. This individual shall develop and implement action plans to promote Stratpharma’s products with special focus on defined group of key customers by communicating the benefits of the Stratpharma portfolio.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within a designated territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and wound care specialists.
- Educating healthcare professionals on the clinical and economic benefits of Stratpharma's innovative wound care products.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to hospital staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in industry conferences and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably within the wound care or a related medical device/pharmaceutical field.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the dynamics of the wound care market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.1
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business) preferred.
