Why you'll love this opportunity

The role involves identifying and qualifying and consistently delivering new customer opportunities. You'll build strong professional relationships and leverage internal resources to strengthen Civica's credibility with customers. It involves researching industry strategies, acting as a trusted advisor, shaping deals early in the sales cycle, and advancing profitable revenue growth.

You'll have an opportunity to showcase your expertise in crafting business development plans that yield effective results. You'll work with our other BDMs, Account Managers and Pre-sales specialists.

This incredible opportunity offers not only a chance to provide exceptional support to the Health and Care Business unit across our DOX and CareLink platforms. You will be working very closely with our BU directors and other supporting team members.

Requirements

What you'll do to be successful in the role
  • We're looking for someone who is driven by, and ideally has a track record of delivering new business opportunities
  • Prior experience working in or selling software solutions to the Home and Disability Care sector or EMR-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry challenges, regulations, and best practices.
  • The ability to execute our targeted sales strategy to drive market growth and expand Civica’s footprint in these industries.
  • You'll effectively communicate ideas and strategies, and show case your compelling presentation skills
  • You know how to effectively manage a sales pipeline, forecasting, and tracking opportunities within CRM systems (we use Salesforce). You're analytical by nature, you monitor and track your pipeline, and pivot when needed
  • You'll have proven experience in bid preparation and are proficiency in bid preparation, support, and submission processes
  • You stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques and innovation in technology
