As part of this rapid growth, we need a highly skilled project manager to take ownership of our global marketing rollout plan—bringing structure, alignment, and executional clarity to our Shopify, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy.
About the Role
This 3-month contract role is project-focused—we need someone to immediately step in, build the overarching marketing plan, and manage execution across multiple teams, agencies, and international markets. This role is NOT about executing campaigns day-to-day—it’s about building the structure, roadmap, and critical path plan that ensures successful market entry across a dozen geos
Key Responsibilities
Project Set-Up & Critical Path Planning- Develop a structured, high-level project plan outlining all required elements for a successful eCommerce launch across 12 global markets.
- Identify key components—including media strategy, production, social media, PR, and launch timelines.
- Determine what resources/agencies are needed (e.g., media agencies, creative teams, content production, PR support).
- Align Shopify, Amazon, and website content requirements to ensure seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.
- Work backwards from key go-live dates, ensuring every element is accounted for and sequenced properly.
- Define roles & responsibilities—who is responsible for what (internal teams vs. agencies).
- Map out dependencies and milestones to ensure execution happens in the right sequence.
- Establish governance & reporting processes to track progress and flag roadblocks early.
- Ensure all marketing assets are ready & localized for each market before launch.
- Post-launch planning—structure the rebrand of Spacetalk USA (to be executed later).
- Project Management is your superpower—you know how to structure large, complex marketing initiatives and align multiple stakeholders.
- You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can bring clarity to ambiguity.
- You have experience managing international marketing programs, ideally across Shopify, Amazon, and eCommerce/DTC growth strategies.
- You’re a hands-on leader who can roll up your sleeves and get things moving without needing extensive hand-holding.
- You’ve successfully built go-to-market plans for multi-region expansion projects.
- You can balance strategic planning with executional oversight—keeping all moving parts on track.
