We’re on the hunt for a General Manager who leads from the front, thrives in a busy service environment, and is ready to help us take things to the next level – especially as we expand our events offering and grow as a hospitality group.You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef Dan Bell, who spent 13 years at the helm of the iconic Berowra Waters Inn, bringing a wealth of fine-dining expertise and seasonal focus to the kitchen.
Your Role:You’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant – from service and team leadership to business operations and events. This is a hands-on role with real influence across the business and room to grow alongside us.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead daily operations, both front and back of house• Set the tone on the floor and ensure smooth, professional service• Manage rosters, staffing, inventory and cost control• Develop and drive our growing events and private dining offerings• Collaborate with ownership on business growth and strategy• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
You’ll Bring:• Proven experience in restaurant management or senior FOH leadership• A confident, proactive leadership style and strong service presence• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and financials• Passion or experience in events and guest experience innovation• Energy, positivity, and a love for great food and wine
