Our client, a respected builder with over 20 years experience in residential apartment projects, is seeking a Contract Administrator to support new projects coming onboard based in New South Wales!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to develop their skills & showcase their abilities on a project for a leading Australian developer.

Do you have a keen eye for details and love seeing projects through from start to finish? Are you a great negotiator with the ability to get the best deal locked in every, single time?

The Role

As a Contract Administrator you will work alongside the Project Manager & Site Manager to efficiently handle contracts, costs, and project documentation.

Oversee construction contracts and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.

Prepare tender packages and scope of works
Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues.

Monitor costs, budgets, and expenditures.
