This role would be a 5/2 roster working out of the Sydney office.

About the Role
The Contracts Administrator provides procurement and contracts support to the supply and contracts team, internal stakeholders across the site (and wider Evolution organisation when required).
This role works closely with supply and contracts team members, contract owners and contractors to ensure contracts are established and administered in accordance with approved procedures, company standards and systems.- Support and administer the tender process using Evolution’s e-tendering and contracts management software.
- Prepare and review tender documents for specific packages.
- Contribute to developing tendering templates, documentation, deliverables, evaluation criteria, and KPIs.
- Assist the Category and Contracts Specialist team with sourcing tasks, evaluation reports, and meeting documentation.
- Support contracts management tasks, including report development and drafting contract documentation.
- Maintain the e-tendering and contracts management software, approving supplier documentation and developing reports.
- Assist internal stakeholders in managing contracts and implementing contract management practices.
- Interpret and explain contract requirements to stakeholders to support compliance and decision-making.
- Help stakeholders with administrative processes and monitoring contract performance.
- Occasionally manage the sourcing of low value/low risk contractual packages from tender to execution.
- Manage e-tendering and contracts software, updating contract and supplier details, and training end users.
- Record, file, and secure contract documentation in the software and other storage locations.
- Prepare reporting data, including contract and KPI reporting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to maximize contract value.
About You

In addition to the below requirements, the ability to adapt and respond to change is vital for thriving in this dynamic environment.- Tertiary qualifications associated with Contracts and Procurement; and/or experience in contracts administration, contracts management or tendering.
- Diploma Business Administration
- Previous experience in contract management
- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently without supervision
- Advanced software skills – e-tendering platforms, ERP software (Pronto experience highly desirable), MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated understanding of mining (or heavy industry) procurement function, with site based experience is highly desirable
