The Company:

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing financial services firm based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. With an outstanding reputation in the market, they are currently experiencing rapid growth. To support this exciting expansion, they are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide vital support to their C-suite leadership team including the CEO, CFO and COO.

The Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive team's daily activities. This is a unique opportunity to support three senior leaders and work across a variety of high-level administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, adaptable and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage multiple, complex diaries across different time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
  • Organise global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings, including organising lunches and dinners.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Process expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle ad-hoc project and administrative tasks as required to support the C-suite.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the financial services or professional services sector. You will be proactive, confident and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.

A high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism is essential, while also being able to foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
